- Classical Greek with GNU Emacs -
The goal of the CGreek project is to create environment for handing classical Greek text on Unix systems. We use GNU Emacs as the base system. With our programs you can display, input and edit classical Greek text, as well as save and load files in a Greek TeX format (Ibycus4 by Pierre A. MacKay) and read the TLG CD-ROM files. As GNU Emacs itself is a multilingual editor, all languages and scripts supported in GNU Emacs can coexist with classical Greek text.
