The TeXisation algorithm has become smarter. Quotation marks and apostrophes are converted more properly.
Now daggers are available. They are displayed as reference marks (x with four dots) on the screen and printed as real daggers when TeXinised.

The new cgreek-util.el allows cross-work jump using Bekker pages.
Bugs in the LaTeX style input method in cgreek-quail.el have been fixed.
tlg2cit.c became robuster against unexpected data.
