Robin Smith modified an earlier version of the TLG converter so that the user can access to citation information, etc. in the TLG CD-ROM. Most of the functionalities found in his converter has been integrated into the current version of CGreek, but it is still available as a separate program. Note that his machine is behind a firewall that blocks ftp. So, you will need to download using http (e.g. shift-click in Netscape, 'd' in Lynx).
