Dear Robin Smith, 

I received your new programs for the TLG utilities and patches, and tried
to execute them.

But as the function  "tlg-find-idt-file" was executed, the error

    the function "append-element" is void

has occurred, and the buffer created couldn't be evaluated thereafter.

I guess there may be some confusions between old and new versions of
tlg-idt.lex.

Could you send us new tlg-idt.lex, if it is true?
