This was due to my laziness in the previous version, which I have
fixed (the version; I don't know about the laziness, but perhaps
Takahashi will understand). The new function checks to see if there
is a process running before starting one, and the process is marked
with process-kill-without-query so that emacs will terminate it
silently. There is also a functiuon tlg-stop-tlgd if you want to kill
it manually.
