This is one I just don't know about. Perhaps there's something
different about the syntax of tar.exe (there clearly *is* something
different: in Unix, the filename has to follow cirectly after the 'f'
flag, so you'd have to say "tar -zxvf tlgutil.current.tgz" (or some
other permutation with 'f' as the last letter). Perhaps someone who
knows more about Windows can help. At any rate, the archive is
attached. Hope you have better luck with this (I'm sending today's
version). Thanks for your patience.
