I installed tlgutil.20000724.tgz following the instructions of
Readme-tlg of Prof.Smith.

But I still have a trouble concerning tlgd. When stating Meadow, I got
the following Message in minibuffer;

    Error in init file: error: "Process tlgd does not exist"

What's this and why?
Is this relevant to Mizuochi-San's remark?
