That's right.

Though I modified many places, you should modify at least two places near to
the end of tlg-util.el.

(1) ;;(tlg-start-tlgd)  ===>  (tlg-start-tlgd)

(2) (tlg-translate-beta "*)APORI/AI KAILU/SEIS") ==> delete or make comment

After these modification, TLG CD-ROM can be read as usual, though the message
"tlgd is already started" or so sometimes appears in the mini buffer.
