I have made available another version of tlg-util.el at
http://aristotle.tamu.edu/~rasmith/cgreek-emacs-tlg/, with
mostly cosmetic and cleanup changes.  In particular:

* Beta code strings in work titles are now transmitted
  correctly (the disappearance of '\' for grave accent was the
  problem).  This required a change in tlgidt2emacs.
* A more practical tlg-goto-ref is included (prompts for
  each citation component by full name, and does not ask for
  unused "levels").
* tlg-display-work-info (C-i in a work buffer) now displays the
  work information in a bottom window.
* A command tlg-make-tlg-frame has been added that creates a
  separate frame with windows for the TLG author list, a works
  list for some author, and some work.  If the frame exists, then
  tlg-read-authtab, tlg-find-idt-file, and tlg-open-single-work
  will attempt to use it.
* Modes defined for the list-of-authors buffer and works list buffers,
  and improved appearances (I hope) of the modeline for these and for
  tlg-mode. 
* Lots of little fixes to various functions (see the ChangeLog for 
  detals)

I still don't want to call this anything but alpha, though I find it
works well enough for me.  

Since Takahashi is now redoing the cgreek package, I suspect that
tlgutil will shortly be superseded.  Consequently, I may not be
distributing any more versions of tlgutil.
