I noticed it for the first time! Do the mouse and keyboard work in the
same way e.g. in the dired mode? If so, it's OK.

When I tried to terminate Emacs after having referred several works of
several authors, I found so many "citation buffers" (is it correct?) still
remain behind, and I had to kill each of them manually.
When your utility is completed, I will surely utilize it in order to refer
varisous works of various authors at the same time. Accordingly, it may be
better that the buffer would completely killed, because it doesn't take much
time to re-invoke new work-lists or texts.
