They don't for me. I am using the D CD-ROM, but I don't think you can
rely on format changes (the TLG claims that there is no difference in
format betwen D and E, though it's possible that they have at least
updated some of the title strings by inserting '&' in front of *every*
Latin title). At any rate, I am still seeing every upper-case letter
turned into a (lower-case) Greek letter whenever there has been any
Greek title in the listing. In my own utilities, I solved this
by the kludge of prepending a '&' to strings before sending them to
the 'tlgd' process. It might be better just to prepend this to any
title string (or just about *any* string) when decoding a .idt file.
However, I'm puzzled as to why I'm getting the problem and others
aren't.
