Can somebody give me a precise description of characters in the
WinGreek codeset at 0x22 .. 0x26?

In the Mizuochi manual (written in Japanese for the old Mule-2.3
system) I found the following:

[sampi]             {22h}
[DIGAMMA]           {23h}
[stigma]            {24h}
[koppa]             {25h}
[KOPPA]             {26h}

I thought [UPPERCASE] represent uppercase characters and [lowercase]
represent lowercase characters.  However, in his recent patch DIGAMMA
was converted to `v', which means lowercase digamma in Ibycus4.

Moreover, the koppa- and KOPPA glyphs given in Mizuochi fonts look
quite different from the ones given in the Unicode standard 3.0.

BTW, both stigma and STIGMA are NOT supported in Ibycus4, are they?
