In the Ibycus Package, are there both DIGAMMA and digamma?

As for DIGAMMA and digamma, there is no difference between upper and lower
case historically, for it was used in the period of Homer and wasn't used in
the classical period. And it was in the medeaval period when the "lower case"
was invented. So long as I read Greek texts, I haven't seen upper case (DIGAMMA)
till now.

The reason why I wrote "DIGAMMA" and not "digamma" is perhaps that only the
upper characters were used in the classical period.

As I discussed about these problems with Mr.Yannis in the spring 1999, he
indicated that some characters are lacked in our font set. I forgot what
charaters are lacked, but it is sure that he indicated SAMPI and STIGMA were
lacked at least.

At any rate, as there was no DISTINCT difference between upper and lower case
in the classical period, it is not the matter of history, but the matter of
policy of Unicode 3.0 to provide both upper and lower cases for stigma, koppa
etc..

As for the difference of shapes of koppa etc., could you show me the "shapes"
of these characters of Unicode somehow?

   "stigma" can be printed with "c+". See my cgreek3b.el.

      i.e.  "c"   ---> ksi
            "c+"  ---> stigma

   # I forgot to correct it in my patch !!
