Once you turned on the writeability of *TLG authtab* buffer with
C-x C-q, you can edit the buffer to remove unnecessary lines. Having
a private authtab, however, is a good idea. I will introduce a
variable cgreek-tlg-my-authtab that points your own authtab file.

I understand. The easiest solution would be opening the all works in
a single buffer like we did before, but it makes the cursor motion
slow near the end of the buffer in the current implementation.
Perhaps we should provide a special routine for authors who have a
unified index like Stephanus or Bekker. Who else have such a ixdex?
