CGreek and Vietnamese use the same method (called CCL) to select
appropriate glyph images in a font file.  Since Vietnamese characters
appear correctly in your environment, your CGreek configuration must

Strange, but in my environment (at least in Linux, but in Windows I probably
simply have no Vietnamese fonts, or Emacs doesn't recognize Vietnamese symbols
in Courier New) both cgreek and Vietnamese seem to be displayed
correctly. See the attached screenshot.
