Request denied.

Reason:

The code you proposed can change the installation directory with only
one setq, e.g.

  (setq tlg-bin-dir
        "c:/progs/emacs/site-lisp/cgreek-emacs20/tlg")

and I admit it is an advantage.  However, the current version can do
the same thing with two setq's:

  (setq cgreek-tlg2emacs-program
        c:/progs/emacs/site-lisp/cgreek-emacs20/tlg/tlg2emacs)
  (setq cgreek-citation-program
        c:/progs/emacs/site-lisp/cgreek-emacs20/tlg/tlg2cit)

I do not see a big difference here.

If I receive the same request from a number of users, I will reconsider.
