[cgreek:00262] call for discussion

this is a complex question. For me at present I have to divide my
documents between those which use explicit TeX markup for Greek and
those which show Greek characters using cgreek. The reason for this is
is that cgreek is lacking a number of characters which I need for
editing classical texts (dots under letters for papyri and several
other special characters); therefore, when writing e.g. an article on
a classical text I prefer to use only TeX markup ({\gr ...} for short
passages; \begin{gr}...\end{gr} for long passages). In this case it
would be useful to me if cgreek could be customized to enable it to
recognize the delimiters for Greek which I use. On the other hand I
use cgreek for writing notes (for reading afterwards + reference); in
this case it is extremely useful to be able to write and read proper
Greek.
