Yes. Generally speaking, "GREEK KORONIS" is a wrong name (I think,
this is a mistake in Unicode), and the correct name should be
"GREEK APOSTROPHE". Note that some people don't make difference
between this character ang GREEK PSILI (U+1FBF), which has the
same shape. The standard right single quote (U+2019) is also 
sometimes used instead of Greek apostrophe, but this convention is
probably less correct.
