New features:

- ASCII comma and ASCII period are considered to be a part of greek
  text.

- The strings "\begin{greek}" and "\end{greek}" are customisable.

- HTML-ish file I/O is available.  Unicode characters (U+00A0
  .. U+24FF) are saved in the form of &#xxxx; .

- cgreek-wingreek.el has been renamed to cgreek-misc.el.

- The default foreign language IM has been changed to cyrillic-jcuken
  (ISO 8859/5) to avoid unnecessary confusion.

- < and > are left unchanged.  I want to hear more opinions.
