[cgreek:00335] new glyphs needed in cgreek21

cgreek21 is working well for me; it is especially nice to be able to
use use incremental search for Greek. Many thanks to the authors. Here
are a couple of wishes:

1. We need some new characters (glyphs) in order to be able to write
   e.g. inscriptions correctly. Here we quite often find short vowels
   (epsilon, omikron) with a circumflex accent on them; this
   combination is not available in cgreek currently.

2. Although I got psprint to work once by installing special versions
   of emacs lisp files, now that I have update emacs in the Debian
   linux distribution, psprint no longer works. Nor have I succeeded
   in repeating the steps which led to success with psprint before. So
   my request: could we have some more help with psprint? Or at least
   some instructions on cgreek's home page as to how to set up
   psprint?
