Those characters do not have a precomposed codepoint in Unicode 4.1.
Therefore we need to use combining diacritic marks.  I will give it a
thought.

The tarball

  ftp://ftp.m17n.org/pub/cgreek/cgreek21-20040913.tar.gz

contains the newer psprint staff and a font.  Please try it.

For the lack of documentation, you are right.  I will start to write a
manual for CGreek21.
