I have partially solved the above problem. The latest version of
CGreek21 should be able to read TLG files that include {epsilon,
omicron} + circumflex. They are displayed as two consecutive
characters on the screen (an {epsilon, omicron} followed by a
circumflex). When you process them with TeX, they are printed as one
character ({epsilon, omicron} with circumflex above).
Displaying as one character on the screen will be possible. I am
looking for a simple and elegant way to do that.
During the above improvement, I found a bug in the Ibycus4 font. If
you print o= (omicron with circumflex above) with a regular font, you
get omicron with circumflex AND ASPIRATION; o(= produces omicron with
circumflex without aspiration. With a bold font, both patterns are
printed correctly.
